Bodedern High School (Welsh: Ysgol Uwchradd Bodedern) is a co-educational secondary school in Bodedern, Anglesey, Wales first opened in 1977. It is a bilingual school with pupils taught mostly in Welsh, but some through the medium of English. The current Headteacher is Annwen Morgan, appointed April 2007.
The school was built in 1977 and was built mainly to allow disabled children on the island attend school. The school currently offers several different courses for those with disabilities.
There are many levels of Welsh-speaking ability at the school and pupils have the choice of studying a subject through the medium of English or Welsh. This is one of the few truly bilingual schools in Wales. Nearly all pupils must study at least 2 subjects in English and two in Welsh as well as English and Welsh as individual subjects at GCSE. This follows the school motto "Hau i Fedi" - You reap what you sow.
Contrary to the local myth, there is no entrance exam in Welsh for the school.
There are over 850 pupils at the school. The extensive school facilities are available for public use during the evenings.
George North, Welsh rugby union player, attended this school for 5 years.
